Burroughs Mountain & Glacier Basin

Had to make up some miles, so on this day I strapped up my boots, slung my pack and hike 15.72 miles to 3rd Burroughs Mountain and dropped down to Glacier Basin. Got up close and personal with Mount Rainer to see several rock slides, and a giant piece of ice broke off the glacier and tumbled down the side of the mountain. This was a great loop with so much different type of scenery to see. At times I felt like I was on a different planet. The virtual map I started late because I forgot about it so It did not cover the entire Burroughs Mountains trail. Enjoy the video.
