New Hope Railroad: Steam Pusher Service to Buckingham

Описание к видео New Hope Railroad: Steam Pusher Service to Buckingham

In the midst of the 2020 Fall Foliage season, the New Hope Railroad, in Bucks County, PA, ran autumn trips with 2-8-0 #40 to None Such Farm property in Buckingham, PA - further than the railroad's normal terminus in Lahaska. While there is a runaround a bit further ahead at Buckingham, it's currently not in service. So the railroad decided to have #40 run around her train in Lahaska, push the rest of the way to Buckingham, and then pull in reverse (upgrade back to Lahaska) all the way to New Hope. This created a whole new set of locations and vantage points to shoot from - in addition to some very nice pusher service action.

Note that these shots are in geographical order - and as the day went on, rains came and stayed in the area - which is why some shots are overcast, some are rainy, in no particular meteorological order.

I hope you enjoy this look at New Hope Railroad: Steam Pusher Service to Buckingham!
