I tested the difference btw a normal forged BRIAR'S CONTEMPT and the BRIAR'S CONTEMPT (ADEPT) LvL 3 with the same perks:

Arrowhead Brake
Ionized Battery
Rewind Rounds
Surrounded

Only differente here is the masterwork on my crafted BRIAR'S CONTEMPT.

I tested in the Enigma, lost sector and Kalli from LW.

The damage Test is on alle three location with same conditions.

And how you can See the damage Test result is every time the SAME. The only possible effect will be if you are using adept mods.

So in my opinion, there is no need to Grind Hours for the Perfect Adept loot.
