Ingredients
• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 onion, diced
• 3 tbsp tomato paste
• 2 tsp kosher salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1¼ tsp chili powder
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• ¼ tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp ground mustard
• 2 cups pasta (elbow or similar)
• 3½ cups beef broth
• 2½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
1. Heat a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add the ground beef and break it up with a spoon.
3. Once partially cooked, add the diced onion.
4. Continue cooking until beef is browned.
5. Stir in tomato paste and all seasonings.
6. Add pasta and beef broth. Stir to combine.
7. Cover and reduce heat to low.
8. Cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
9. Remove from heat and stir in cheese.
10. Serve and enjoy!
