Metal buttons on jackets or other clothing wear break out over time and you need to fix them. To replace the metal button, you need a special tool that can be bought at a sewing accessories store where metal buttons are also available. You just need to take into account their size and type. To attach metal buttons (or to reattach a snap button) you need pliers.
