Your tenant has officially moved in, but your job as a landlord doesn't stop there.

After your tenant has moved in, it's important to check in with them to make sure everything is going smoothly and to address any concerns or issues that may arise.

🤝 Maintaining good communication with your tenant is key to building a positive landlord-tenant relationship.

So the person's moved in now it's your job to check that everything's OK with them. You need to make sure that you've introduced them to the other house mates, either via e-mail or by messaging so they all know who that person is and they know how to connect with them. And if you have some sort of communications group that they have between themselves make sure that they add this person in so that they can communicate about things they need to, it's very, very important to communicate with your tenant and make sure they're happy.

Remember, being a responsible landlord not only benefits your tenant, but it also protects your investment in the property.
