This Day 18 chair core cardio sculpt workout is an 11-minute session that uses a chair as a prop to add variety and challenge. The workout combines cardio and core work to create a fun, effective sculpting session.

You’ll move through seated exercises, kneeling movements on the chair and modified side plank variations. Working from multiple angles helps engage the upper abs, lower abs and obliques while keeping the workout dynamic and interesting. The use of the chair increases the challenge, making familiar exercises feel fresh and more effective.

The New Year Workout Snack Series is a 4-week program with 5 short workouts per week, created to help you rebuild consistency after the festive season. The workouts are short, sharp and highly effective — ideal for busy schedules. Do one or two when time is tight, or stack multiple workouts together for a longer session. The series includes a wide variety of styles so there’s something for everyone.
