As a motor carrier, one of the biggest issue we facing in trucking is the lack of transparency between brokers and motor carriers. But, as carriers we are often guilty for our lack of transparency as well. When you’re on a load and you’re running late or experiencing a mechanical breakdown, the best thing to do is to call the broker and be transparent. Transparency goes both ways.
