Weekly you can Nano needle or Cosmetically roll/needle. This works on your epidermis. I love to Nano Vitamin C for serious GLOW! You could do that for your vitamin C :))

THINGS TO AVOID WHEN NEEDLING:
Preservatives (there are only a few that are sort of OK)
Fragrance
Surfactants
Emulsifiers
Emollients
Humectants (certain humectants at high percentages like urea over 10%)
ACIDS (don't pour acid down fresh channels ever!)
Dyes
UV filters (not right after you needle but every day after that YES)
