PizzeRizzo's Vegan Spicy Italian "Sausage" Sub

When my plans to go to Woody's Lunch Box were foiled I went to PizzeRizzo instead to try the Spicy Italian "Sausage" Sub. The sub features a Beyond Sausage with marinara sauce and sauteed peppers, onions, and mushrooms. I would have probably preferred the off menu vegan pizza here, but this was still okay.
