School of Hospitality and Tourism Management, Manipal University Jaipur (MUJ) is organizing a one-day conclave called Manipal Chef Conclave 2024 with this year theme ‘Millets: Innovation with the Golden Pellets’.

The event will bring together hospitality professionals from diverse backgrounds to exchange knowledge, share experiences, and explore emerging trends in the culinary industry. The conclave aims to foster networking opportunities, inspire innovation, promote collaboration among chefs, and enhance visibility of the department. The guest participants for the event will include iconic stalwarts of the hospitality industry, as well as General Managers, Executive Chefs, HR managers from Jaipur hospitality industry. Students and faculty members from selected hotel management institutions and CBSE schools have been invited for participation. Some of the reputed Chefs for the conference are Chef Manjit Gill, Chef Parminder Singh Bhati, Chef Vijaya Baskaran V, and Chef Asish Bhasin. University of Birmingham, Royal Rajasthan Chefs Society, Quess Corp Ltd., Zone Palace by Park, Guestora Pasta, Galaxy Rice and others were the sponsors of this years chef's conclave.
