This trimmer was used less than a year and wasn't under warranty. I tried fixing it myself but that didn't work. I tried returning it but Lowes only had a 30 day return policy. I tried to reach out to support from Dewalt.com; they said I needed a receipt which I couldn't find. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
