Installation of a wooden blind/shutter system for a deck. Step by step instructions for newbies who need a bit more help than the poor instructions you get with the product. I am not a professional builder and nothing in this video should be taken as advice as such. Also, always check with your city code before doing building projects to make sure you don't need a permit. Used a drill with a square bit, miter saw, table saw, deck stain, brushes, and the Pylex Deck Sunblind product (x3).
