In the same day that I filmed Jonathan Haggerty’s morning strength session, I decided to capture his evening training as well — and it was absolutely worth it.
Watching him move, work, and push through every round was a real pleasure.

Haggerty has a unique presence in front of the camera: confident, focused, and incredibly sharp.
But beyond that, what impressed me most was his honesty in training — the hard work, the discipline, the pressure, and the determination to earn that championship belt once again.

Seeing this level of dedication up close is something special, and I’m grateful for the chance to document these moments.
