How to Gainer Flash (Cheat Gainer) - Tricking & Freerunning Tutorial

How to Gainer Flash for tricking, freerunning or parkour. Most people incorrectly call this a cheat gainer due to another tutorial which gained millions of views but named the trick wrong. This tutorial walks through how to do a J step, and also a pivot step which is the key to learning this move. I recommend learning a backflip before trying this move and also some other beginner moves. I have playlists on those so go check them out in the links below.

You can learn this move by kicking to the side without a backflip but this will form bad habits in the long term and you will not be able to turn it into a gainer switch if you do that.
