Implenia is building a new railway line together with Acciona right through the Norwegian town of Moss. The project is part of the major "InterCity" project of the state railway company Bane NOR. Among other things, 11 km of tracks, a new railway station, two tunnels around 2 km long – work on the "Moss" project is both varied and challenging. In order to do justice to this project, the employees are working with Lean Construction. By building according to Lean principles, the Implenia construction site is to become more efficient, flexible and less wasteful.
