GOAN DRUMSTICK SUKKE|dry drumstick bhaji

This recipe is a sukke or dry drumstick bhaji...with no curry..but its so finger licking delicious.Ive ground a few ingredients on the fator/grinding stone for that authentic flavour...Have this with some rice and curry as a side dish or with some hot chappatis...yummy.

Ingredients
2 drumsticks
1 medium onion chopped fine
for the ground masala
1/2 cup fresh coconut
7 cloves of garlic
1/2 inch of ginger
2 light green chillies
1 tsp of cumin/jeera seeds
1/2 tsp of haldi/turmeric powder
salt to taste
pinch of sugar
1 tbsp of tamarind juice
