This should help you get better fps in bodycam as long as you don't run the game on a low-end PC. I hope this helped you in some way. They should optimize the game eventually but this should suffice for now. EDIT - They just added the option to turn off film grain so unless you like how it looks I'd recommend turning it off as it makes the game look WAY better.
