The good lady wife bought me a present with a touch of history behind it. The replica from Condor Knives of the 5000 year old iceman Otzi's knife. Made from 1095 carbon steel rather than flint like the original. A couple of little tests for it while I'm cooking my lamb burgers with the bushbox XL and trangia burner.
