Jerrick Logan is one of Devil Riders' lieutenants and can be found in an area between Accounts Unpayable and Investor Presentation Room in Bloodsun Canyon. He is a respawnable mini-boss encountered in the Bounty of Blood.
Beacon is a legendary pistol manufactured by Maliwan, and is exclusive to the Bounty of Blood DLC for Borderlands 3.
It can be obtained from any suitable loot source but has an increased chance to drop from Jerrick Logan in the Bloodsun Canyon. This little light of mine... Fires a burst of projectiles after charge. On reload, it creates a nova around the wielder.
