I share my personal opinion as to why intimacy work is necessary as we approach 2026. Globally, we are experiencing chaos. The chaos manifesting as an effect of disconnection from ourselves. And on a massive level, we are all experiencing high levels of disconnection, isolation, and loneliness. All of this points to the need for intimacy work.

And when it comes to the intimacy work I facilitate, there are three important pillars:
1. The intimate relationship you have with yourself is foundational to the intimacy you'll create with others.
2. Working in trauma-informed spaces when it comes to intimacy work
3. Intimacy work doesn't just transform our partnerships. It needs to also transform our families and communities.

Creating a new, more connect world requires us to reclaiming intimacy as part of the foundation.
