Coarsely Ground Fresh Coconut 1 Cup
Sooji/Semolina 1 Cup
Room Temperature Eggs 2
Softened Butter 1/4 Cup
Ghee 3 tbsp
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Cardamom Powder 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Water 1tsp
Sugar 1 cup
Milk 100 ml

Bake: 160 Degrees for 55-60 minutes
