Oh noooo bugs in the pantry! How did that happen?
While I am cleaning the pantry and storing all the food in safer "bug proof" containers, let's discuss food preservation for long / mid / short term storage.
And while I was at it, I also looked at the boxes, the expiration dates as well as the ingredients. Wow ... this can be scary on some items. Bioengineered food ... red and yellow coloring in pancake mixes. Watch out! And be prepared!
