Paper bag art journal 🔸 DIY art book for beginners

Imagine that you can make two cute little art journals out of a paper bag that you get from the grocery store. That's what I'm showing you how to do in today's video. I just found out the name of this folding book: meandering book or meander journal. I love it because it's so versatile! Once you've completed the folding and have the page spread out, you can create with mixed media or simply collage like I did (plus a little rubber stamping).

The best thing is that you can create two small books from a single grocery bag. And did I mention that you don't need to sew or bind anything? There are so many ways to play with this idea!

In addition to scissors and glue, you will need 10 of something, such as 10 postage stamps, 10 things you cut out of a magazine, etc. If you want to use the same for the front and back cover, then add 2 more items (12 total). I collaged with all my pieces so that in the end I completed two collage art journals out of my meandering books.
