The year is 2003 and the NDA led government with Atal Bihari Vajpayee as the Prime Minister is in power at the centre. The Prime Minister of Israel is given full honours of a State Visit and a military inspection in front of the Rashtrapati Bhavan.

The two heads of the states are filmed shaking hands and speaking to the press. The landing and deboarding of the Israeli PM is caught on film alongside night security measures and children waving Israeli flags. During the welcoming event a number of political leaders like LK Advani, Yashwant Sinha are also seen.
