NAGALAND CONCLUDES MEGA OIL PALM PLANTATION DRIVE FOR 2024-2025

The Mega Oil Palm Plantation Drive 2024-2025 in Nagaland celebrated a milestone on November 5 in Niuland District, with Agriculture Advisor Mathung Yanthan attending as the special guest. The Department of Agriculture has already planted 630 hectares of oil palm, with a target of 2,500 hectares by March 2025. The program aims for sustainable agricultural growth, and Yanthan assured a future processing unit for the region. Farmers from several districts attended the event, marking a key step in Nagaland's agricultural development.
