2 Tablespoons Shoyu
2 Tablespoons Toasted sesame oil
2 Tablespoons Vegetable oil
1 Medium Onion
1 Medium Carrot
2 Large Dried shiitake mushrooms
2 Garlic cloves
½ Red bell pepper
3 Green onion stalks
¼ Pound Spinach
¼ Pound Cooked bulgogi, beef teriyaki or deboned kalbi
1 Large Egg
1 Tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds
Kosher salt
Ground black pepper
