Cheese Topping ( Mozzarella / Gouda / Chedder) any of your preference

Chicken filling:
Bonless Breast pieces 1 1/2

Rosemary leaves 1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste 1 tbsp


Enchilada Sauce:
Tomatoes 3 large (blended or finely chopped)
Garlic Cloves 5-6 chopped
Onion 1 small chopped
Butter 1 1/2 tbsp
Red Chili Flakes 1/2 tsp
Red Chili powder 1 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds 1 tsp Roasted and Crushed
Oregano 1/2 tsp
All purpose Flour 2 tbsp
Ketchup 6-8 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Sugar/Brown sugar 1/2 tsp


Bechamel Sauce: ( extra topping not a part of orignal recipe)

All purpose Flour 1 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Milk 1 1/4 Cup
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
