Final Fantasy V uses a Job System where you can assign various Jobs to your Character that gives them unique abilities.

Jobs have levels just like the main Charters and need to be leveled up to unlock new abilities.

The are at least 21 different jobs in the game with 3 Trophies associated with them. 1 for mastering 5 Jobs, 1 for mastering 15 Jobs and for the 3rd Trophy at least 1 Character has to master ALL jobs in the game including a hidden unlockable Job

This means that several hours of Grinding / Farming Job Levels is required if you want that Platinum Trophy

The best place I've found so far is in the basement of Castle Bal in World 2. Only 1 enemy spawns in this area and comes in groups of 2 or 5 enemies.

You get 16 Ability Points for a group of 2 and 32 points for a group of 5. These Enemies can be easily dispatched in 1 turn using the Blue Magic L5 Death.
