Ram Leela Baghikhana ground is used for staging the annual Ram Leela since 1928. This ground was originally used to train horses of Royal Cavalry of Jind StateLala Birbal Das Shivhare (A Wine Contractor) started staging Ram Leela at this ground under the patronage of Maharaja Ranbir SinghRam Leela was the only mode of entertainment during state rule and hoards of men and women gather at this place to watch Ram Leela. Kali-Sar (Pond of Kut Devi Temple) served as a perfect setting for the kevat In the Ramayana when RamSita and Lakshman rried across the Ganga River by the boatman in the nial stage of their 14 years exile. Maharaja Ranbir Singh used to send decorated Elephants for Dussehra procession. This ground had turned into a beautiful "Ram Vatika" (as it is known today) from a dusty ground with the efforts of B.K. Goyal Advocate, who served as president of Ram Leela for almost 45 years.
