Ingredients
Kadachakka Masala curry
750 gm kadachakka (breadfruit), cut
1 onion medium sliced
½ inch ginger crushed
2 green chilli, crushed
1 tomato sliced
¼ tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
2 tsp coconut oil
For Masala
1 tbsp Coriander seeds
6 Red chilli
1 tsp whole Pepper
1 stick Cinnamon
2 Cloves
½ tsp Fennel
5 Small Onions
5 cloves Garlic
½ cup Grated Coconut
Curry leaves
For tempering
1 tbsp coconut oil
5 small onion,sliced
Kovakka fry
250 gm kovakka, sliced lengthwise
1 tbsp coconut oil
½ tsp mustard seeds
½ tsp urad dal
Curry leaves
3 green chilli,slit
½ tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
