Hi Everyone,
Khasi ko khutta ko Soup is one of the favorite dishes eaten by Nepalese people. This mutton soup is very rich in calcium and good for our bones. Ingredients

4 pieces of Goat legs
4 pieces green and black Cardamom
2 Pieces Cinnamon Stick (Halved)
2 Bay leaves Little nutmeg
2 dry red chili
2 medium Onion(pyaaz) (Finely Chopped)
1 medium tomato (Finely Chopped)
Hand full coriander leaves
1lemon
50 ml Oil
1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder
1 Tablespoon Ginger&Garlic Paste
1 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Garam Masala Powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric (besar) Powder
Table Salt (According to taste)
