How to Get Started With a Squarespace Website → Templates & Site Styles

In this video I'm walking you through how to create a new website in squarespace. I believe Squarespace is still the best platform in 2024 for beginners who want an easy way to build and maintain a website for small businesses or nonprofits.

This video is focused on the beginning of the process - how to choose a template, the three ways to start a website in squarespace (including a hidden option - linked below), and how to change your site styles in squarespace, including an explanation of the color themes and font styles. Even if you're familiar with Squarespace you might want to skip to the end to watch the section on colors because I only recently learned the method to the madness of color themes in squarespace and it was so helpful.
