Описание к видео Dead Bug - Iso Hold

The dead bug is a great way to take pressure off of that tight or uncomfortable low back of yours. This is a great way to teach your ab muscles how to take pressure off the the joints in the low back. These joints are a very common area that takes a beating in the low back especially with a high rep ab workouts. This is a result of allowing your low back to sag or arch when working the abs.

What happens when you sag your low back is the joints in the back of the spine called the facet joints jam together and if they are sensitive, they are going to let you know to back off. And if you ignore them, these facet joints often just become more annoying and more sensitive.

With that being said, your focus on this one should be driving your low back into the ground slowly making a dent into the ground with your low back. Find your level of intensity here. For some it will be pushing into the ground as hard as possible and for others it will happen with less intensity. With all of the dead bug exercises lying on your back, this will be your goal. NEVER lose contact with the ground.

No, it's not magic its just a little anatomical mixed with some biomechanics knowledge. There is almost always a way to modify the movement to fit your needs or constraints so don't give up. Once you find a movement that feels good, make it a part of your daily routine. Movement is a great habit, especially when that movement makes you feel good!
