Vegan Raspberry Cake/ Prajitura Vegana (de Post) cu Zmeura

Ingredients:
For the cake sponge:
-365 gr of flour
-400 ml water
-220gr of sugar
-100 ml of oil
-30gr of cornstarch
-15 ml of vanilla extract
-25 ml of apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
-10 gr of backing powder
-5 gr of baking soda
-1 pinch of salt

For the raspberries cream:
-300 ml of soy milk
-300 gr of raspberry puree
-180 gr of sugar
-55 gr of cornstarch
-300 ml of vegan whipped cream.

For the syrup:
-200 ml of water
-100 gr of sugar
-1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

For the raspberry jelly:
-150 gr of raspberry puree
-50 ml of water
-3 tablespoons of sugar
-2 gr of agar powder
-1 gr of cornstarch

Ingrediente:
Pentru blat:
-365 gr faina
-400 ml apa
-220 gr zahar
-100 ml ulei
-30 gr amidon de porumb
-15 ml esenta de vanilie
-25 ml otet de mere sau zeama de lamaie
-10 gr praf de copt
-5 gr bicarbonat
-1 praf de sare

Pentru crema:
-300 ml lapte de soya
-300 ml frisca vegetala
-300 ml pure de zmeura strecurat de seminte
-180 gr zahar
-55 gr amidon de porumb

Pentru sirop:
-200 ml apa
-100 gr zahar
-1 lingurita esenta de vanilie

Pentru jeleu:
-150 gr pure de zmeura
-50 ml apa
-3 linguri de zahar
-2 gr pudra de agar
-1 gr amidon de porumb
