Geared continuous hinge

Описание к видео Geared continuous hinge

Yellow and orange leaves are fixed to the frame and panel of a door.
The leaf length is equal to the height of the door. The leaves have long geared sections.
The blue clamp provides pivots for revolution joints of the leaves and holds the gears in mesh.
The pink parts located in the recesses of the leaves play role of thrust bearing for the aforementioned revolution joints. The pink parts help transfer the weight of the door to the door frame.
The screws fix the clamp to the pink parts to prevent the clamp from the longitudinal displacement.
In fact, it is a planetary gear drive where the blue and pink parts are the carrier. One leaf is the stationary gear, the other is the satellite gear.
