Few strands of saffron/kesar
2 tsp ghee/clarified butter
1/2 cup semolina/sooji
1 cup + little more milk
4 tbsp milk powder
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp cardamom powder
5 cashews chopped
5 almonds chopped
5 pistachios
