00:00-Tools you'll need: 19mm socket, pliers, T20 Torx wrench & bit, hex keys, rubber mallet, snap ring pliers, Phillips screwdriver, 24mm socket, drill.
00:10-Remove the top cover using the provided wrench.
00:17-Unscrew and lift off the dust hood (3 screws).
00:34-Take off the cutterhead lock bracket.
00:47-Use the built-in wrench to unscrew the blade bolts.
00:58-Magnetic ends help you safely remove blades and cover.
01:10-Start handle-side disassembly.
01:25-Remove chain tensioner and spring carefully.
01:34-Remove chain bolt (only one needed).
01:42-Use twisting motion to take off the belt.
01:57-Lock the cutterhead with a wood stick, loosen pulley bolt with 24mm socket.
02:28-Remove snap ring with snap ring pliers.
02:43-Loosen gearbox-side screws.
03:01-Take off chain snap ring and tension spring.
03:17-Remove 3 long gearbox bolts.
03:38-Detach gearbox via the speed selector tab.
04:08-Lock the shaft again to remove the curved gear.
04:15-Tap the cutterhead out using a wood block; use WD-40 if needed.
04:31-Old bearings may be damaged during removal — replacements are pre-installed.
04:41-Kit includes: manual, blades, screws, wrench, cutterhead (pre-lubed & wrapped).
05:05-Support cutterhead with a wood block while inserting into place.
05:41-Tap the bearing into position, install snap ring.
06:11-Reinstall curved gear.
06:38-Refit gearbox, align selector tab and support arm.
06:51-Reinstall gearbox bolts.
07:20-Reinstall chain + snap ring (right side has washer, left doesn't).
07:30-Snap ring should not be overstretched.
07:39-Attach chain tensioner without overpulling spring.
07:50-Reinstall side cover and handle.
08:13-Install snap ring.
08:24-Don’t forget the washer under the pulley.
08:35-Lock shaft and tighten pulley bolt.
08:44-Roll the belt onto the pulley slowly.
09:04-Reinstall chain and tensioner.
09:35-You can skip reinstalling the cutterhead bracket.
09:43-Clean the seat, place blade flat, tighten evenly.
10:04-If using a torque wrench, tighten to 6Nm.
10:18-Reinstall dust hood and cover.
10:55-Power on and test the machine.
