The Football Route Tree: Explained!

When I first started playing flag football 18 years ago, I had no idea what the routes were, what they were called, and how to run them effectively.

We hope this video helps newcomers to the sport to have a baseline understanding of how to run the basic route tree! We go over the most effective way to run each route, as well as common mistakes to avoid in order to ensure you're putting your best foot forward as a receiver.
