About this video ,Mutton rakti is very popular in Nepal, after woman giving birth to a child they have less blood in them body so it can be anemia so if they will have rakti twice a day anemia can prevent so that most of people are having it, If people felling week after sufferings some kind of disease and if they are none vegetarian and they like to have rakti , Good for them.
Rakti can have as a snacks with beaten rice and puff rice. Rakti is very simple to make with less ingredients. You can follow this recipe..
Ingredients

mutton blood 1/2 kg
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
mustard or any kind of cooking oil 60 ml
turmeric powder 1 tsp
cumin and coriander powder 2 tsp
garam masala powder 1 tsp
chili powder 1 tsp
salt as per taste
