Today's watercolor tutorial is perfect for beginners and for this Fall season! 🍂

This piece would make for a beautiful greeting card design to send to a loved one, or a framed piece to give away. 

In this one, we get to practice both wet-on-wet and wet-on-dry techniques, which are both essential to master when painting with watercolor, and are often combined by artists to create depth, balance and interest in their pieces. 👩‍🎨

We're only using 5 different colors and we get to practice creating harmony in our painting by repeating our colors.

I take you through everything from how I create my color mixtures, to how I do my layering, all the way to finishing up with some fine splattering as a final unifying effect.
