This is a grant and not a loan, meaning you do not have to pay it back!

Currently this is the most effective and cheapest (It's free!) way to reduce energy bills. The way the grant works is to target homes with an EPC band of D to G.

Homes in the D and E EPC Bands must become a C. Homes in the F and G Bands must become a D.
