Korean Mom Makes Chicken Soup With A Whole Chicken (Samgyetang, Korean Ginseng Chicken Soup, 삼계탕)

Today on Kwon’s Corner we’re making Korean recipes easy in English! I love teaching Korean chicken recipes for dinner, and I usually teach healthy Korean recipes, but my mom specializes in traditional Korean recipes. This week my mom came to my house for Korean Thanksgiving (Chuseok) and we spent the whole day cooking. Since it's getting cooler in Korea, I wanted to make some healthy Korean soup recipes, so she decided to show me how to make her samgyetang recipe, or Korean ginseng chicken soup recipe. This is an easy samgyetang recipe that's perfect for fall.
