Handy Heater Review: Does it Work?

A hands-on review of the As Seen on TV product called Handy Heater.

Regarding the issue of the heating element when turned off: Other customers have stated the same concern, although it appears that this is merely an LED back-light (simulated heating element?) which gives the inadvertent appearance of a hot element.
