This cheating duck noodle soup with store brought roasted duck is tasty and ready in 30 minutes. You can also use store brought chicken broth like Campbell to make it even simpler. You still get the duck flavor in the broth from the duck sauce. Is an excellent, fast and easy week night dinner with roasted duck brought before hand.

1 store brought roasted duck (with extra sauce)
2 litres broth
6 slices of ginger
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 tablespoons chicken powder
salt to taste
1 bunch of green veggies (yu choy/gai lan)
bean sprouts (optional)
green onions
cilantro
egg noodles
