Kabir Suman is certainly an epoch-making name in the genre of Bangla basic music...there was a period during 90-s when basic Bangla songs had become a drab region and there prevailed a monotony...Kabir Suman appeared almost like a pied piper and took the listeners by storm by dint of his powerful pen and mellifluous tunes...Similarly,poet Joy Goswami created a new 'gharana' of Bangla literature in the 90-s through his impeccable literary genius...Cozmik Harmony had organized a soiree(Kobi O Kobiyal) with two of these stalwarts...We will bring you excerpts of this rare show on Chorcha@Chilekotha spread over few episodes...
