Some points I didn't mention in the review:
How does it write after the modification?
I really like how it writes now. Depending on the paper it can be uber smooth and squaky, or have a really nice feedback. It has just a tiny bit of tooth at a very specific angle. With the way it writes now, I sometimes write with it 'sideways' for more control. It's a lot less smooth this way, but it's easier for my to get better handwriting. After getting my Sailor Naginata Togi, I want to get my M600 ground again, with something architect-ty.

Nothing is in much worse condition that it was when I got it 3 years ago. It just has some small scratches, especially where the bottom of the cap meets the barrel.
