John is getting it done, 3 days a week with an individualized program designed to meet his needs and goals. He was a non-exerciser, not very active and came to me to improve leg strength, decrease his fall risk and increase stamina. He is seeing results and is motivated to do more and continue on with a healthy lifestyle. He is also decreasing his stress and feels empowered more throughout his days. Way to go John, proud of you.
