Ingredients:

How to make Thalassery Chicken Dum Biryani

kaima RICE - 4 Cups
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt( according to taste )
Lemon juice - 1 tbs + 1 tbs + 1 tbs
ginger( Crushed ) - 3 Heaped tbs
Garlic ( Crushed ) - 3 Heaped tbs
green chillies - 15 - 20 nos ( Crushed )
Big onion - 2 nos ( Thinly Sliced for frying )
Big onion - 5 nos ( 3/4 Kg )
Refined oil - 1/2 + 1/4 Cup
Cashew nuts - 25 gms to 50 gms
raisins - 25 gms to 50 gms
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon - 1 Big Pieces
Cardamon - 5 - 6 nos
Star anise - 2 nos
Cloves - 6 - 7 nos
TOMATO - 5 Big Half Sliced, ( 500 to 600 gms )
Salt( according to taste )
Water
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1/2 Cup
Mint Leaves - 1/2 Cup
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Chicken Pieces - 1 1/2 Kg ( Cut into 16 Pieces )
Curd - 1/2 Cup
Caraway Seeds ( Shahjeera) - 1 tsp
Water - 1/4 Cup
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Ghee - 1/2 tps
Ghee - 1 tps
