She came across this program called TechBee – HCL’s Early Career Program and upon understanding the benefits herself first, she guided her son to go with it. Ayush also decided to go with his mother’s wisdom. From the small city of Agra, Ayush joined HCLTech as a software engineer after completing the TechBee program but what enticed him the most was how he could transform himself as a person with knowledge in communication and expertise in technical skills. The icing on the cake was that Ayush realized that he could pursue his hobbies of sports and dance as well besides pursuing a tech career.
